i love summer. and fall. and spring. i feel sketchy about winter. except for the fact that i’ve just learned how to cross-country ski and i like that. it saves winter from my loathing.
i love god. i love learning about him. i love that i can’t fathom how great he is. it boggles my mind. and makes me love him even more.
i love my husband. every now and then, he speaks with this mexican accent that makes me feel so loved. and he’s funny and he’s patient and he’s incredibly good looking. he cooks bacon way better than i could ever dream to cook it.
also, i love cuddling, coldplay, skim almond lattes, encouraging words, hot days that make you sweat too much, underdogs in all things, political rhetoric, passionate people, revolutionary thinking, idealism, traveling and oh so much more.

Hey my name is D.O. and I recently posted a comment on your post about Shane Claiborne telling you about Another World is Possible. Well I’ve just got one more thing I wanted to tell you about and then I’ll leave you alone. The folks who made the AWIP DVD’s are making a feature-length documentary called “The Ordinary Radicals.” The film will address many of the negative stereotypes that are affiliated with present-day Christianity, and tell the stories of ordinary folks who are disproving these generalizations. People doing pretty amazing things, motivated by their faith. I think you should check it out. Interviews include folks like Shane Claiborne, Rob Bell, Brian McLaren, Becky Garrison, and a whole host of others. If you’d like to learn more or pre-order the DVD, check out the website at http://www.theordinaryradicals.com.
I know this isn’t the best place to post this but I couldn’t find a “contact” link to email it to you. Hope you don’t mind.
